Refund policy

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT or DIRECT EXCHANGE ONLY! We do NOT offer refunds. All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.  

You have 30 days from the date of fulfillment to return all eligible items. The Store Credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include the amount paid for shipping. Store credit will expire 6 months from day of being issued and can be used online or in-store. 

*If there is no note provided regarding a direct size exchange, we will email an E-Gift Card with store credit.*

*Items sent back without first requesting a return/exchange will not be accepted.*

FINAL SALE or CLEARANCE items are NOT eligible for Exchanges or Returns.

Non-returnable items: 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like accessories (such as socks, earrings, belts or keychains), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Only clothing is accepted for return or exchange.


What to include in your return/ exchange package:

-eligible return/exchange for store credit item(s)

-note with your name, email, phone number and shipping address

-a description of whether you are wanting a direct size exchange and list size you are wanting or store credit

-an invoice # or proof of purchase 

Damaged Items:

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving the item so we can rectify it for you right away!

We strongly encourage the customer to read the care instructions of each garment before washing to maximize the item’s life span and to retain the quality, as some items have special washing instructions.

Beauty and The Beard is not responsible for any damaged items due to user error or failure to wash the item correctly.
